NEED A CONSULTATION?

We’re here to help. Our focal areas include Cyber Crime Investigation and Digital Forensics. We have a staff compliment of 20 who are dedicated to helping you understand the dynamics of what happened, in what sequence and what potential avenues are available to you.
We offer face-to-face consultations at our Cape Town and Pretoria offices where you can relax and explain the dynamics around your case. Our skilled investigators will meet with you and review whatever supporting materials you may have. This could include e-mails, correspondence and transaction data so that we can get the full picture.
Once we’re able to contextualize what has happened, our investigators can assist you to explore the different options that are available to you. This could include civil redress, criminal charges or commercial investigation. We will also guide you on the preservation of vital evidence that you may already have to ensure that it can be properly presented to court if needs be.

CAN’T I JUST CALL OR E-MAIL YOU?

Unfortunately, not. We do not offer telephone consultations for a number of reasons. Cyber and commercial crimes are complex and require careful analysis of the sequence of events as well as the correspondence and data involved to spot potential leads and avenues. Without a face to face sit down to review the data and ask pertinent questions in a structured environment we could miss something important.

WHAT DOES A CONSULTATION COST?

A consultation is reasonably priced at R1200/ per hour and payable on attendance at our offices. We accept EFT payments as well as card payments. You will meet with at least one investigator (possibly more depending on the complexity) and they will have the requisite skills to assess your matter and guide you appropriately. Your appointed investigator will have a formal qualification in Cyber Crime or Commercial Crimes Investigation (CFE or similar) to ensure that you receive the highest quality of service and guidance.
We have our own in-house lab facilities which means that should any evidence need to be acquired from perhaps a laptop or cellular device, we can perform a cost-estimate and take the device into chain of custody immediately if need be.

WHAT DO I PREPARE/ BRING TO MY CONSULTATION?

The more we’re able to understand the better. Please bring along copies of any correspondence, contracts, cryptocurrency wallet transactions, bank statements etc. Ideally a timeline of what happened in what sequence will help speed things and long and keep discussions on track to maximise the value of the session. You’re most welcome to bring your phone/ laptop with you and print the required information or e-mail it to your investigator during the session.
